Mediation
InPact Switzerland SA is affiliated to the Ombud Finance Switzerland (“OFS”). OFS is a Swiss Foundation dedicated to provide dispute resolution services upon request from clients of financial service providers or from financial service providers. OFS is subject to supervision by the Swiss Federal Supervision Authority. If possible, all disputes should be settled through mediation, and all clients have a possibility to initiate a mediation procedure with the OFS:

Jurisdiction
This Site, and all matters arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss substantive law.
