We are delighted to welcome Santiago Ramos as our new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1st, 2025. Santiago brings 15+ years of experience in financial audit, regulatory advisory, and risk management from his leadership role at KPMG, both in Switzerland and internationally. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial operations is perfectly aligned with our growth ambitions.
We also extend our sincere thanks to Vittorio Ferrario for his instrumental role in InPact’s development in the last 6 years, and we are looking forward to continuing to work with him as Board member and advisor to our management team.
